Custom aluminum baffle ceilings are manufactured around the section and reflected ceiling plan supplied by your project team. Specify the U-shaped bottom width, height, cut lengths, spacing and finish as one coordinated schedule for procurement.
The roll-formed U-profile range includes 20–300 mm bottom widths, 20–200 mm heights and 0.4–1.5 mm wall thickness in AA1100 or AA3003 aluminum. Powder coating, PVDF fluorocarbon spray coating, polyester coil coating and heat-transfer woodgrain are available. Our Foshan factory supports OEM/ODM orders, with dimensions and colors confirmed by drawings and samples.
