Choose the tone on a physical sample

Wood-grain aluminum panels combine a metal substrate with a decorative timber-like finish. Review the color, grain pattern, texture and sheen under the intended lighting. A screen image helps narrow the choice; approve a physical sample before production.

Mark grain direction on the panel layout

Specify grain orientation on elevations and the panel schedule. Coordinate adjacent panels, folded returns and corners, and agree acceptable pattern variation before manufacture. Curved or shaped panels also need a fabrication and finish compatibility review.

Match the finish to its location

Confirm the decorative finishing process and its suitability for the actual indoor or outdoor exposure. Ask for the applicable coating specification, maintenance instructions and written performance terms for the selected system.

Prepare a clear enquiry

Send panel dimensions, thickness, quantities, fixing details, grain direction, finish references and delivery destination. Include a panel layout when continuity across joints matters.
