6063 & 6061 Aluminum Extrusion Profiles
Aluminum profiles, also known as aluminum extrusion profiles, are made from 6063 or 6061 aluminum alloy billets through hot extrusion, straightening and precision cutting. They combine strength, low weight and corrosion resistance for architectural decoration and industrial structural applications. The alloy, temper, section and finish are selected for the required service conditions.
Custom dies can be developed for project-specific cross-sections based on drawings or samples. Secondary processing includes CNC drilling, cutting, bending and other agreed operations. Submit the section dimensions, tolerances, lengths, quantities and finish requirements so that tooling and fabrication feasibility can be confirmed before production.

Round hollow aluminum tubes with different wood-grain appearances. Specify the outside diameter, wall thickness, length and grain finish.
Aluminum Channel Sections
Supplied illustration of channel-shaped extrusion sections. Final geometry, dimensions and machining follow the approved section drawing.

Are these finished frames or raw profiles?
This page covers profiles and sections. Cutting, machining, coating and assembly must be listed in the quotation; a section sample does not establish the scope of a complete finished system.
Can you supply a custom extrusion section?
Send the section drawing, alloy/temper requirement, lengths, quantity and finish. Manufacturability, tooling, sample process and commercial terms are reviewed before confirmation.
Do you supply every standard T-slot or industrial profile size?
Availability of a specific standard, series or size must be checked. Do not assume compatibility from a similar-looking section; submit the exact drawing and connection requirements.
How should I specify tolerances and finish?
Identify the dimensions that matter to mating parts, the visible faces, finish process and acceptance criteria. Approve a representative sample before production.
