Cutting & folded edges
Submit panel dimensions, returns, corner details and fixing zones. Cutting methods, bend radii and tolerances require drawing review.

ARCHITECTURAL ALUMINUM PANELS
Custom solid aluminum panels with a metallic anodized finish for architectural walls, facades and interior detailing. Select the alloy, panel dimensions and surface appearance around your project.
Supplied appearance references. Final finish and dimensions follow approved samples and drawings; project ownership and installed specifications are not verified.
Formed solid aluminum panels and folded cassettes combine custom geometry with a metallic surface. Coordinate panel divisions, returns, joints and mounting details before production. Review the alloy and finish together on an approved physical sample.
02 / SURFACE & COLOR
Anodizing develops an oxide layer on the aluminum surface, creating a metallic appearance without an applied paint film.

Choose natural silver, matte silver, bright silver, light champagne, dark champagne, bronze, dark titanium-tone or brushed silver. Project color matching is available for review.
Approve the alloy, texture, sheen and acceptable color range on physical samples. Material batches, panel orientation and lighting can influence the appearance.
Follow the approved finish care instructions. Use gentle cleaning methods appropriate to the surface and avoid abrasive or aggressive chemicals. Confirm any fingerprint-resistant treatment separately.
03 / PROCESS & SPECIFICATIONS
Factory-supplied material and process options for architectural panels. Final selection follows approved samples, drawings and written project requirements.
| Item | Specification options |
|---|---|
| Substrate alloys | 1060 and 1100 aluminum; 3003 aluminum alloy. Select the alloy and material batch against the approved anodized appearance sample. |
| Panel thickness | 1.5 / 2.0 / 2.5 / 3.0 mm; non-standard thickness available for project review. |
| Reference sheet sizes | 1,220 × 2,440 mm / 1,500 × 3,000 mm. Custom dimensions, shaped panels and folded forms to approved drawings and processing limits. |
| Anodizing process | Sulfuric-acid anodizing; optional hard anodizing subject to the required appearance, alloy and performance review. These are separately specified process options. |
| Anodic film thickness | Factory-offered nominal options: 8 / 12 / 15 / 20 μm. Specify minimum average and local thickness, exposure and acceptance standard in the order; nominal options are not a declaration of a standards class. |
| Sealing options | High-temperature purified-water sealing or nickel-salt sealing, selected for the finish and agreed quality requirements. |
| Color and texture | Natural, matte or bright silver; light or dark champagne; bronze; dark titanium-tone; brushed silver. Custom metallic colors to an approved physical sample. |
| Fabrication | Custom cutting, bending, punching and welded assemblies, subject to finish compatibility and forming review. Agree fabrication sequence before anodizing. |
| Inspection documentation | Agree the applicable standard and edition, sampling, film thickness, sealing quality, appearance and corrosion-test requirements. Relevant process reports are available on request; scope and applicability to the supplied batch must be confirmed. |
Film hardness, abrasion resistance, sealing quality, corrosion resistance and weathering must be evaluated using the agreed test method and report. A hardness target of ≥300 HV may be requested for a suitable process, with test load and method specified. Salt-spray duration, acceptance criteria and exterior warranty are confirmed for the selected system.
No universal 10–15 year service-life or zero-color-variation guarantee is implied. Post-anodizing forming can affect the film; approve the bend radius, fabrication sequence and sample appearance before production. Panel and finish results do not establish complete cladding-system performance.
04 / DRAWING-LED FABRICATION
Cutting, bending, punching and welded assemblies can be coordinated around the selected alloy and anodized finish. Confirm tooling, forming limits and process sequence on the approved drawing and sample.
Submit panel dimensions, returns, corner details and fixing zones. Cutting methods, bend radii and tolerances require drawing review.
Send hole layouts, open-area requirements and any curvature information. Feasibility for the chosen alloy and finish must be confirmed.
Agree whether forming and machining occur before or after anodizing, including the treatment of exposed edges and visible surfaces.
06 / APPLICATION REFERENCES
Supplied architectural appearance references for wall cladding, entrances and interior detailing. Project ownership and the installed finish specification have not been verified.

07 / CUSTOM MANUFACTURING
We support non-standard thicknesses, shaped panels, custom metallic colors and coordinated bending and welding, subject to a fabrication and finish review. Complimentary drawing support and engineering batch-order coordination are available; agree the service scope with our team.
Applications include office facades, hotel lobbies, villa exteriors, retail interiors, elevator surrounds, feature walls and corridor ceilings.

08 / QUESTIONS BEFORE YOU SPECIFY
Anodizing forms an oxide layer on the aluminum surface. PVDF is an applied coating system. Their appearance, fabrication sequence and specification requirements differ. Select the finish for your project using approved samples and the relevant supporting documentation.
Exterior suitability must be confirmed for the selected alloy, anodizing specification, sealing, exposure conditions and panel assembly. Send the project location and specification for review. No service-life or system-performance rating is stated on this page.
Request a physical sample made with the proposed alloy, pretreatment and anodizing process. Agree color, sheen, surface direction and an acceptable variation range. Digital images are references; production acceptance follows the approved sample.
Submit drawings for review of cutting, folding, perforation and curved forming. Available processes, bend radii, panel dimensions and finish compatibility are [To be confirmed]. The fabrication and anodizing sequence must be agreed before production.
The quotation depends on alloy, thickness, finished dimensions, geometry, perforation, surface preparation, anodizing requirements, quantity, inspection, packaging and delivery destination. Minimum order quantity and production lead time are [To be confirmed].
A material finish does not establish the performance of a complete facade system. Panel construction, supports, insulation, membranes, joints and fixings must be assessed as the specified assembly. Applicable project evidence is [To be confirmed].
09 / YOUR PROJECT
